How do I register?

How much does the full weekend at ALX cost?
First 50 - $60 (1-50 registrants) (SOLD OUT!)Next 50 - $75 (51-100 registrants) (SOLD OUT!)- Everyone Else - $85 (101 - 500 registrants) (Currently at this price tier)
Texas Tandem - $110 (SOLD OUT!) A joint promotion with ALX and Gypsy House Party. If you are planning to go to both of these events, buy the Texas Tandem and get the early bird pricing on both events. Limited passes available. Read more about the Texas Tandem.

Can I volunteer to get into the event?
ALX is taking a limited number of volunteers this year. If you would like to volunteer in exchange for a full weekend pass, please fill out this online form to be considered for volunteering. Our volunteer coordinator will contact you once you are approved. If you are already a confirmed volunteer, simply register in the system with the email we have on file for you and your pass will be comped during checkout.
What is the refund/cancellation policy?
Austin Lindy Exchange is put on by a non-profit organization, Austin Swing Syndicate. In order to provide the best experience for everyone, we have a NO REFUND policy in effect. When you register you are agreeing to the NO REFUND policy. If have already paid for a weekend pass, you are free to transfer the pass to someone else, but we will not do any refund (full or partial) on the pass. The best solution if you are unable to attend is to find another dancer to take over your registration. If you have questions, please feel free to email us.
