Join us in making this amazing event a success and connect with others who share your passion for this hobby! This year, you can offer availability for both teams of volunteers on the same form! Feel free to offer availability on one or both based on your interests. Details for each opportunity are provided within the form.

Dates:  We need volunteers starting Saturday Nov 7th all the way through teardown on Sunday Nov 15th. 

Structure: For 2026, you may volunteer for up to 5 hours, paid at $20/hr.

Teams: We need two types of volunteers; you can offer availability for both teams.

  • Venue 🏦 (shifts from Thursday Nov 12th - Sunday Nov 15th; duties include sales/check-in and set up/teardown; no experience needed) 

  • Hospitality 🍪 (shifts from Saturday Nov 7th - Sunday Nov 15th; duties include food shopping, prep, and serving🧑‍🍳)
